My Audiobooks

Read to me...

I read paperbacks, hardcovers and Kindle books, but I also like audiobooks. They're great for when you're driving, exercising or just too tired to let your eyes focus, and, who doesn't like to be read to? When I checked my book list in iTunes, I got a bit of a shock - I didn't realise I had so many! There are fiction and non-fiction books for kids and adults. 2. Oh wow, that's a lot of audio books. I get books on CD from the library for long car trips and it really is a great way to get more reading done!

Plus, I want to read a bunch of these non-fiction titles - they look interesting.

  7. Thanks for commenting everyone - now just because I listed it doesn't mean I recommend it! Most were brilliant, some okay, but of course there were a couple of duds.

I'll try and summarise some of the key points of the audiobooks on writing over the next few weeks so you can decide if it is for you - the reader's voice is an important part for me too. One hint - LOVING the Sherlock Holmes books :-)

    Oh, and hi Lisa!

  8. My husband bought me a Kindle and I know it costs a lot of money so I haven't had the courage to ask him for audiobooks. I think they're more expensive. However, I agree, I would love to listen to them in the car.
